JK Adams' Ultimate Pastry Board has been sized for smaller kitchens with all the functionality in a manageable size. This board is a wonderful addition to any baker's kitchen. Diameters are engraved with 4 circles for the most common sizes for pies and rulers are etched on both horizontal and vertical sides for pastry measurements. Acleat braces against the edge of the counter while the reverse side is flat for everyday prep.
