In Colors of Feminism: Siliana's Odyssey, we meet a young woman, raised impoverished in Haiti. Siliana, having sacrificed her dignity in exchange for ssurvival, is given a second chance at life after being rescufed from the gangs infested streets in Haiti. An exemplary student at a school built in a small village by a Haitian gender equality activist, and an American university professor, Siliana, never in her wildest dreams, could imagine leading Haiti to its most daunting cultural and political evolution amid decades of political turmoil.
