To design the Photo Bioreactor to Isolate β-Carotene from Dunaliella Salina Species. β-Carotene is present in the commercial vegetable Carrot. β-Carotene is rich in Vitamin A. Vitamin A deficiencies can be cured by β-Carotene. Hence, we are focussing on the alternative source from Saline algae species Dunaliella Salina. This species is rich in β-Carotene in which Vitamin A acts as a precursor. To analyze the biochemical composition of Dunaliella salina sp. (Biomass content, Protein and Carotenoid) and also analyze the growth performance of Dunaliella salina sp. in Tubular Photobioreactor by varying the concentration.
