Born in Seattle, Washington, Harmony Wood was raised by her beautiful, loving, and selfless mother.
With three sisters and a brother, Woods spent most of her life focusing on the blessings life had to offer her. But life has its way of testing survivors. She decided to write this book, 'Dream Catcher; A Family Cult Narcissistic by Nature,' which talks about her traumatic and near-to-death experience in the Fall of 2021. The back-to-back incidents shaped her into the person she is today. Woods wishes to give her readers hope as she sheds light on years of abuse and trauma she experienced solely.
