", in 2018 I have found poetry as a guiding force in my life as a means for my self-expression, self-reflection, and betterment of my health. So much of my poetry has been enlaced in my shame, denial, pain, and heartache, however, never were stories revolving around the beauty surrounding my life consistent. "
Symbiosis of Heart & Soul
" is a love letter and celebration of my monumental fifth poetry collection to highlight that even the dark thoughts can be lessons learned with hope still standing. It's the stories that extend over the course of a year in growing and learning what it means to be human once again.

is the complete picture of the healing I underwent and includes twenty poems originally meant for the initial release that I decided to reserve for their subject matter. However, one year later I can sit back and understand these are poems that add much more perspective to my life. What once belonged to me, now belongs for the world to see.
