You would think growing up a ward of the state would be bad enough, but for Jacob, having the added torment of experiencing nightmares of people being murdered in the most brutal possible ways is much worse. Constantly wondering if these were merely dreams or actual visions of things to happen in the near future. Would it be possible to somehow intervene and prevent such events from occurring?
